I, the undersigned Participant, intending to be legally bound, hereby certify that I am physically fit and have not otherwise been informed by a physician. I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks inherent in participating in hot yoga classes in the heat. I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks inherent in participating in Migun Massage. I agree to assume all the risks of my participation in yoga classes and/or Migun Massage, including risks of injury, disability and death. As a condition of my participation in hot yoga classes and/or Migun Massage, I hereby waive any and all rights to claims for injuries or damages including claims against Riverflow Yoga Corp and its employees, instructors, agents and owners. In addition, I agree to abide by the rules and policies of Riverflow Yoga.
